Snake attack

We found this guy while hiking. Not our first one but the first when we had a camera. I couldn't get her NOT to hold it. She's so funny, can't get her in a bouncy house but she's all over this snake!

Prima Ballerina

Avery just started her first dance class. It's just a little program that the city put together but a good start to see if she would like to dance. She did pretty well and really seemed to have fun. Her best friend Sydney-Kate is in it with her so that is a lot of fun but sometimes they talk when they should listen. Don't see that changing anytime soon...

Jelly Belly Factory

Last weekend we decided to finally check out the Jelly Belly factory. It's a free tour so we thought it would be a nice cheap family day. It is if you can not buy too many jelly beans. $9/lb!
It was a neat tour and Ryan and I learned a lot, Avery just kept asking when she was going to get candy.
She fell asleep on the way there.

Did you know Jelly Belly's were Ronald Reagan's favorite candy? He kinda the one that made them famous. They have a whole shrine to him at the factory.

Hot again and no A/C

I was watching this pool at Target for several weeks and finally got it at 50% off. Good buy, they had tons of fun!

The eyes of a child...

Well, Avery got ahold of the camera. I knew she took a couple pictures but I thought she had put it down long before she did. She took a lot and some of them aren't bad, meaning they are in focus! It's funny to me what she decided to photograph. I hesitate to put these on here as I feel it makes my house look dirty but, Oh well, I've got no pride, I live in an old, run-down rental for crying out loud! My favorite is the one she took of herself. This is a pretty boring post for most people but I want it for posterity...
