Christmas light and Carousel

We decided to do something "Christmasy" and went with Beth, TJ, Karoline and Anderson to Berkeley to see the lights. We also got to ride on a carousel which was Avery's first time and she loved it. At first she was not too happy to be strapped in up there and was trying very hard to get off but as soon as it started to move she changed her mind. She grabbed the pole and started saying weeeeee. If you listen real hard you can hear it on the video. The girls were impressed with the lights but got over it pretty quick. All in all we had a nice evening and we're glad we went!

Friends at church

Here are some pictures from today. After church service Avery HAS to go back in the sanctuary and run and dance with her friends. Avery recently taught Karoline how to play ring-around-the-rosy so now they play that a lot. Anyway you can see that Avery has a lot of friends that think she is fun. Enjoy.

First Haircut

Avery got her first haircut today. She did pretty good. I had to keep reading to her and every once in a while she would look back and try to swat away that lady bugging her with the comb and water. :) She didn't cry or try to get out so that was good. I think it looks much nicer now without the mullet. She does seem to have this little curl on the back now which is kinda cute.

Tatum Brauer!!

My best friend Sara just had her first baby. She is really cute and it looks like everything is going well. Unfortunately I won't get to meet her until next year but our other BFF went down today to see her. Here she is less than 24 hours old! Ryan thinks I'm crazy but I think she already looks a bit like Ted.

The past couple weeks

Here are some from the past couple weeks. Avery was talking on the phone with my mom and I thought it was so funny that i got a couple movies and pictures. They actually talked for about 20 minutes. I would hear her laugh and say things back to my mom. She is so cute.

These are just random pictures. I think it is so funny how Avery will hold the phone like I do. She will talk into it, say Yes a few times and then a couple no's and say bye-bye and hang up. So cute!

Too long!

So, it has been a looooong time since I posted anything. I really don't have any good excuses but the longer it went the harder it was to get back to it. Please forgive as this means I will have quite a few pictures. I'll try to stick the the ones I've done since we got home from Indy since it is really family who see this and they experienced the ones from our recent trip. It seems that she changes daily and learns something new. Her newest animal imitation is the lizard and Ryan and I think this is too funny! We also had rain this weekend so she had a lot of fun playing in the puddles. She is too cute in her rain coat.
